Jen Easterly is the Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Ms. Easterly was nominated by President Biden in April 2021 and unanimously confirmed by the Senate on July 12, 2021. As Director, Ms. Easterly leads CISA’s efforts to understand, manage, and reduce risk to the cyber and physical infrastructure Americans rely on every day.

Before serving in her current role, Ms. Easterly was the head of Firm Resilience at Morgan Stanley, responsible for ensuring preparedness and response to business-disrupting operational incidents and risks to the Firm.

Ms. Easterly has a long tradition of public service, to include two tours at the White House, most recently as Special Assistant to President Obama and Senior Director for Counterterrorism. She also served as the Deputy for Counterterrorism at the National Security Agency.

A two-time recipient of the Bronze Star, Ms. Easterly retired from the U.S. Army after more than twenty years of service in intelligence and cyber operations, including tours of duty in Haiti, the Balkans, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Responsible for standing up the Army’s first cyber battalion, Ms. Easterly was also instrumental in the design and creation of United States Cyber Command.

A distinguished graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Ms. Easterly holds a master’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. She is the recipient of the James W. Foley Legacy Foundation American Hostage Freedom Award and the Bradley W. Snyder Changing the Narrative Award.

A member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a French-American Foundation Young Leader, Ms. Easterly is the past recipient of numerous fellowships, including the Aspen Finance Leaders Fellowship, the National Security Institute Visiting Fellowship, the New America Foundation Senior International Security Fellowship, the Council on Foreign Relations International Affairs Fellowship, and the Director, National Security Agency Fellowship.

Christopher Young is executive vice president of business development, strategy, and ventures at Microsoft. He is responsible for driving growth across the company by establishing strategic partnerships, setting corporate strategy and identifying high impact investments through Microsoft’s corporate venture arm.

Young is the former CEO of McAfee, LLC (2014-2020). In 2017 he led the initiative to spin McAfee out of Intel to become a standalone company. Under his leadership, McAfee grew to protect mission-critical systems and data for more than two-thirds of the Global 2000 and more than 500 million consumers. Earlier in his career, Young led cybersecurity efforts at Cisco, RSA and AOL. He also led end user computing at VMware and cofounded the company Cyveillance.

Young currently serves on the board of directors of American Express. He was formerly a board member of Snap Inc., cybersecurity data analytics firm Rapid7 and the Cyber Threat Alliance, and has served on the board of trustees of Princeton University.

Young holds an A.B. degree cum laude from Princeton University, and an M.B.A. degree with distinction from the Harvard Business School. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two daughters.

Mike Rogers is chairman of the Board of Trustees for The MITRE Corporation; he previously served as vice chairman from 2018 to 2021. A national security commentator, Rogers represented Michigan’s 8th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2001 to 2015. He sat on the Energy and Commerce Committee and chaired the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. As chairman, he oversaw a $70 billion budget that provided funding to the country’s 17 intelligence agencies.

Before serving in Congress, Rogers was an officer in the U.S. Army and an FBI special agent. He also held a seat in the Michigan State Senate. Since leaving public office, he founded the Mike Rogers Center for Intelligence and Global Affairs. The center works as part of the Global Digital Challenge Initiative to bring together leaders in policy, business, and technology communities to discuss issues relevant to the global digital economy.

Rogers also has an extensive background in cybersecurity and organizations that work with real-time threat assessment, behavioral modeling, and big data analytics. Rogers sits on the board of directors for IronNet Cybersecurity, the board of advisors for Next Century Corporation, the board of trustees at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress, and the Cybersecurity Industry Advisory Council for Forgepoint Capital. He is also a Distinguished Fellow at the Hudson Institute.

He hosted the radio show “Something to Think About with Mike Rogers,” syndicated on Westwood One, and was the host and executive producer of a six-part series Declassified: Untold Stories of American Spies for CNN, where he is a national security contributor.

Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and sociology from Adrian College in Adrian, Mich. He has two children and is married to Kristi Rogers.
