Ms. Neuberger is the Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Advisor for Cyber and Emerging Technologies on the White House’s National Security Council. Previously, she served as the National Security Agency’s (NSA) Director of Cybersecurity, where she led NSA’s cybersecurity mission, including emerging technology areas like quantum-resistant cryptography.

Prior to this role, Ms. Neuberger co-led NSA and USCC’s election security effort and led NSA’s intelligence operations, leading an organization of over 20,000 people globally, driving major change initiatives across technology and operations. She also served as NSA’s first Chief Risk Officer building NSA’s enterprise risk management program, Director of NSA’s Commercial Solutions Center, the Department of the Navy’s Deputy Chief Management Officer and a White House Fellow.

In 2020, Ms. Neuberger was awarded DoD’s and NSA’s highest civilian awards, the DoD Distinguished Civilian Service Award, and NSA’s Distinguished Service Medal. In 2017, Ms. Neuberger was awarded a Presidential Rank Award. Before her Government service, Ms. Neuberger was Senior Vice President of Operations at American Stock Transfer and Trust Company, where she directed technology and operations.

Ms. Neuberger is a graduate of Columbia University, where she earned an MBA and Masters of International Affairs.

Marene Allison is a seasoned cybersecurity expert and board member with over four decades of experience protecting information technology systems, business data, and infrastructure for Fortune 100 companies worldwide and a proven track record of shaping the industry whether it be in healthcare product security, cloud for regulated industries or working with governmental agencies. She most recently served as the Global CISO for Johnson & Johnson from 2010 to 2023, where she successfully built a 275-person information security and risk management organization, developed a comprehensive risk management strategy, and created world-class product security and operational technology capabilities for one of the world’s largest healthcare companies. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Allison served as CSO for Medco, where she was responsible for developing and implementing security strategy and maintaining IT and physical security for over 145 facilities. She also previously served as head of Corporate Security for Avaya and Vice President of Loss Prevention and Safety for The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company.

Marene has extensive experience in effective crisis management, IT emergency response supervision, risk management and budget preparation and control. In addition to having planned and executed major investigations and managed multimillion-dollar security departments at four enterprise organizations, her numerous IT security assignments include obtaining ISO certification, HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley and Payment Card Industry Compliance in three different industries. She has led major global projects that include securing a $60 billion supply chain, creating successful Business Continuity Plans for three Fortune 500 companies, and securing the 2002 World Cup network in Korea and Japan. She has experience in corporate governance briefing boards of directors and working with compliance committees and privacy offices to develop the interplay between Cyber and IT risk with other regulatory agencies and bodies.

Marene has worked as an FBI Special Agent, served in the U.S. Army, and graduated from West Point in the first class to include women. She is a founding member and the current Board President of West Point Women, a member of the Aspen Institute’s Cybersecurity Group, a member of the Forgepoint Capital Advisory Council, and has been a member of ASIS International since 1992. Marene has been honored with a CSO Hall of Fame induction, a United States Military Academy Distinguished Graduate award, and recognition as one of Security Magazine’s Most Influential People in Cyber Security.

For more than 30 years, John has harnessed the power of technology to make meaningful connections and lead organizations through digital transformation as an advisor, practitioner, chief executive, and public company board member. From 2008 to 2019, John led AT&T Communications as CEO, Chief Strategy Officer and Group President, and CTO where was responsible for AT&T’s global telecommunications and video services, including its Business, Entertainment, and Technology & Operations divisions which served over 100 million mobile, broadband and pay-TV customers in the United States and millions of business customers including nearly all of the Fortune 1000. He oversaw the company’s global leadership in 5G, its industry-leading transition to a software-defined network, and successfully managed AT&T’s global technology direction and roadmap, including product development, network and engineering operations, AT&T Labs, and the security and intellectual property organizations. John led AT&T Communications in expanding the company’s overall innovation program, working with application developers and ecosystem partners to make AT&T’s network open to collaboration and innovation. Prior to AT&T, John served as Executive Vice President of Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations at Verisign, Chairman and CEO of inCode Telecom Group, and was a Partner at Deloitte Consulting where he served as the Americas Industry Practice director for telecom.

John is the Founder and CEO of Qudit Investments, which is focused on long-term investments in innovation and technology-enabled businesses. As a technologist, his interests range from AI and quantum to hypersonic and high-performance computing. John is also an independent director of Palo Alto Networks and a director at Lockheed Martin where he serves on the Audit Committee and the Classified Business & Security Committee. He is a current member and the former chair of the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC).

John holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. He is the author of multiple books on organizational leadership and advanced networking.

As Assistant Attorney General for National Security, Matt Olsen leads the Department of Justice’s mission to combat terrorism, malicious cyber activity, and nation-state threats.

Matt previously served as the Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, where he was responsible for strategic operational planning and the analysis of terrorism information. Prior to joining NCTC, Matt was the General Counsel for the National Security Agency.

For over a decade, Matt was a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. He also served as Special Counsel to the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Matt began his public service career as a trial attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice.

In addition to his government service, Matt was the Chief Trust and Security Officer at Uber, where he led the global team responsible for cyber security, corporate security and investigations, and law enforcement engagement. After leaving government service in 2014, Matt co-founded IronNet Cybersecurity, Inc, a cyber security product and services firm.

Matt has taught national security law at Harvard Law School and the University of Virginia. He was an ABC News analyst, and an adjunct senior fellow at the Center for a New American Security and the Center for American Progress. He also served on the board of Human Rights First. Matt graduated from Harvard Law School and the University of Virginia.

Alberto is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Forgepoint Capital. He is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of building global businesses and leading them to successful exits. He is considered one of the pioneers of the cybersecurity industry and one of the most influential global investors in the sector.

Prior to Forgepoint, Alberto worked at Trident Capital leading cybersecurity investments. Prior to Trident, Alberto was Founder, Chairman and CEO of enCommerce (acq. Entrust), Co-CEO and President of Entrust (acq. Thoma Bravo), and Chairman and CEO of Thor Technologies (acq. Oracle).

Alberto worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Warburg Pincus, a venture consultant at Bain Capital and was a consultant to the U.S. Department of Defense as part of the DeVenCI Initiative.

Earlier in his career, Alberto held various senior management roles at Apple and Oracle.

Alberto serves as the Chairman Emeritus of the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC). He was previously on the Board of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA), the Board of Trustees of the University of San Francisco and member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Technology Pioneers Community.

Alberto holds a BS from the University of San Francisco. He also attended the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria in Lima, Perú.

When not in the office, Alberto enjoys traveling to other countries to learn about their art, culture, and cuisine. His favorite cuisine is Japanese-Peruvian fusion.

Vasu Jakkal is a passionate champion of building a better, safer, and more resilient world for all. She brings nearly 20 years of technology industry experience to Microsoft, where she is responsible for Microsoft’s Security business which includes Security, Compliance, Identity, Management and Privacy including crafting the strategy, partnering to shape product roadmaps and defining the go-to-market motions that help customers simplify and fortify their security posture. Jakkal is a dedicated advocate for diversity, and for expanding the opportunities for women in all fields of technology.

Prior to Microsoft, Vasu served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of FireEye, overseeing the company’s global marketing organization. Previously to FireEye, she was vice president of corporate marketing at Brocade. Earlier in her career, she served as chief of staff to LSI’s CEO and was head of strategic initiatives and marketing for the company. She spent more than a decade at Intel in a variety of leadership roles in marketing, engineering, strategy, and general management.

Vasu holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from College of Engineering, Pune. She is also a graduate of Stanford’s Executive Education in Strategic Marketing Management program.
