An NYU professor and former AT&T executive, Ed started TAG Cyber in 2016 to democratize research and advisory services and unleash his inner entrepreneur. Business Insider tapped him as one of the country’s 50 leaders “who helped lead the cyber security industry.

Daniel Barriuso was appointed Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Banco Santander group in 2017. He is responsible for Santander´s cyber security vision, strategy, roadmap and operations globally.

He joined from BP where he was Chief Information Security Officer and VP for Digital Security & Risk based in London. Previously he held leadership cyber security and risk management positions at Credit Suisse and ABN AMRO.

Daniel Barriuso has coordinated multiple cyber security initiatives across the Financial Services and Oil & Gas sectors. He was the Chairman of the Oil & Gas Cyber Security Network (OGCSN), and Chairman of the Investment Banking Information Security Group.

Daniel has a degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and was awarded with the Secure Computing Magazine Europe Award for CISO of the year in 2015.

Don is an accomplished leader in successfully developing and executing business and technology strategy.

Don currently is CEO, Chairman and co-founder of Concourse Labs. Prior to founding Concourse in August, 2018, Don served as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey and President of Vapor.io, a leader in Edge Computing. Don spent 28 years at Goldman Sachs, during which time he held senior leadership roles in technology in New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Don led the global technology division for Goldman from 2012 to 2016 and was named a partner of the firm in 2006 and Managing Director in 2000. Don was the CIO for Asia Pacific from 2000 to 2006. Since relocating to the US in 2006, Don co-chaired the IBD Technology Investment Committee and was a member of the firm’s Firmwide Risk, Market Risk and Business Standards committee.

Within the technology industry, Don has been an active and vocal proponent of Open Source and Open Standards communities including acting as a founding board member of the Open Compute Project.

Don and his family reside in NYC where he is actively engaged in education and arts, serving on the board of the New York Foundation for the Arts, Columbia University School of Professional Studies, Marist College board of trustees and Teaching Matters.

Andrew has been in Security and IT for 15+ years, most of that time he has spent as an architect responsible for developing and implementing next generation web applications and digital services. He has managed software development and transformation teams focused on building products for a wide range of industries. In recent years, Andrew has focused exclusively on Cybersecurity in Financial Services and is currently the global head of Identity, Access, and Service Management for Jefferies Group LLC.

Aaron Hughes is SVP and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Albertsons Companies, a Fortune 50 leading retailer. In this role he is responsible for enabling the business and securing the infrastructure, digital assets, and payments for a network of over 2200 supermarkets operating under 20 brands across the United States.

He has 25 years of experience across cybersecurity, venture investing, technology transformation, national security, and military operations having held executive roles in retail, financial services, venture capital, strategic consulting, and the United States Government. Aaron sits on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of SentinelOne (NYSE:S) and the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Nomination & Governance Committee of Advanced Technology International (ATI), a privately held $5B subsidiary of ANSER Corporation providing consortium services to the largest departments and agencies in the US Government.

Previously he was Vice President for Information Security and Deputy CISO at Capital One where he led the team providing security services across all of the Capital One lines of business to include Card, Financial Services, Commercial and Retail Banking as well Enterprise IT, Digital Products, and Data Initiatives. He is the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy. In this position, he was responsible for the development and implementation of cyber policies, strategies, plans, and operational oversight for all Department of Defense efforts in cyberspace.

Prior to Aaron’s appointment with the DoD, Aaron was a Vice President with the strategic investment firm In-Q-Tel. In addition to his full-time civilian employment, he is a Colonel in the Air Force Reserve currently serving as a Senior Advisor to the Commander at USCYBERCOM. Aaron received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, MS in Telecommunication and Computers from George Washington University, and MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Erin joined the Company in July 2021 as the Senior Vice President, Strategy and Alliances. In this role, Erin draws from her 25-year career serving as a transformational leader guiding organizational change as well as an Executive Leadership Coach developing other leaders. Erin is responsible for the development and implementation of Mandiant strategy, along with key alliances.

Prior to Mandiant, Erin was a top-ranking FBI executive driving federal cyber response strategies and operations in partnership with the private sector. This includes co-authoring and implementing the FBI’s first integrated strategy for Cyber, Counterterrorism, and Counterintelligence as well as implementing strategic and tactical cyber operations adopted by the National Security Council and executed in collaboration with Intelligence and Law Enforcement Communities and allied nations. Erin was an FBI Special Agent and leader in four FBI Field Offices and five divisions at FBI Headquarters where she worked closely with other federal, state, local, and international governments. She led the FBI’s work with Fusion Centers, IACP, Major City Chiefs, and Major County Sheriffs. Her career highlights include large scale crisis management and trial work related to the Oklahoma City Bombing, 9/11, attacks against US Embassies, nation state cyber attacks against US critical infrastructure, threats following Covid-19, and threats to US elections.

During her six years in the FBI’s Senior Executive Service, Erin recently served in the Office of Private Sector where she improved intelligence sharing and threat preparedness with Fortune 500 company C-suite executives, and U.S. and foreign government counterparts. As a Section Chief and Deputy Assistant Director in the FBI’s Cyber Division, her efforts to counter cyber adversaries included directing synchronized actions with numerous global partner countries. As Director of the Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center, Erin delivered the current, common threat picture across government.

Erin is the Executive Sponsor for Elevate, an initiative supporting women leaders in cyber. She serves on advisory boards for risk groups, CyberSAT, and a venture capital company; is an adjunct at George Mason law school and the National Intelligence University; and joined NSI as a fellow. She received her Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Arts in English from University ofIllinois, and she completed Executive Programs at the Naval Post Graduate School, Carnegie Mellon University, Kellogg School of Business, Harvard Business School, Ross School of Business, and the University of Southern California. She holds cyber security certifications, is a licensed attorney in Texas, and lives with her family in Northern Virginia.

Yonesy Núñez is the Chief Information Security Officer of Jack Henry & Associates (Jack Henry). In this role, he is responsible for ensuring effective business and information security alignment. Together with his team, he promotes and inculcates innovative information security risk management with the aim to protect the company’s data, client information, and associated assets.

Prior to joining Jack Henry Núñez held various global roles. He was the Cybersecurity Technology Executive for Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking, Wealth & Investment Management, and International at Wells Fargo. Earlier in his career, he was the Group Information Security Officer for Citi’s Corporate Center Businesses where he helped promote business objectives by aligning information security risk management as a business differentiator. Núñez was also the Practice Leader for PwC’s Philly Metro IT Risk & Security Assurance Practice; Chief Information Security Officer at The New School; and Chief Information Security Officer at Pall Corporation, where he introduced the first holistic global information security, IT governance, and compliance programs.

He is the Risk Management Committee Chair and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Darrow School; STEM Advisory Board member for Mercy College; Strategic Advisory Board member for the International Consortium of Minority Cybersecurity Professionals (ICMCP); and President Emeritus and co-founder of the Long Island, New York InfraGard Chapter. He is a member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA) and the Black Board Initiative (BBI). He is a member, mentor and 7-time recipient of the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC) Top 100 Hispanic Executives in Technology.

Núñez holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Manhattan College in New York, a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering from The New York University Tandon School of Engineering, and a doctorate in Computing from Pace University. He holds numerous industry certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); Certified Information Security Manager (CISM); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); and Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). Núñez has also been recognized on the Hispanic IT Executives Council’s Top 100 Most Influential Hispanic Leaders in Technology list. He currently resides in Allentown, Pennsylvania with his wife, son, and daughter.

Ganesh is a Boston-based serial entrepreneur and technologist (formerly Akamai, Verivue, NetDevices) and has been awarded multiple U.S. patents. Ganesh received a BE degree in electronics and communication engineering from Mangalore University and a MS in computer science from Temple University.

Julie has nearly 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Cyber Security, and Data Management across numerous Industry verticals. Julie is currently the Senior Vice President of Cyber Protection and Identity at Optiv where she is accountable for developing, implementing and positioningIdentity, Risk and Data Protection services that protect organization’s most critical assets while ensuring a secure, compliant and uniform digital experience. Julie has held key transformative CISO and Data Leadership positions at Symantec, The Ohio State University, Cardinal Health, JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide Insurance and SunTrust Bank. Her focus was establishing and aligning global security and data strategies while leading the implementation of Security and Data capabilities to reduce each organization cyber risks exposure while enabling them to maximize their data to grow revenue, product evolution and consumer delight.

Currently, Julie is serving on several industry boards: The Identity Defined Security Alliance, Cyberstarts and ForgePoint Capital. Supporting one of Julie’ s passions, Julie is an active Board member of Women in Technology (WIT), Optiv’s Diversity and Inclusion and Optiv Women’s Network.

Julie has obtained Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP), and Certified Governance Enterprise IT (CGEIT) certifications and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Hemen is the visionary founder of 1Kosmos. He saw the need for an identity-first approach to authentication and a way to simplify the user experience. Prior to 1Kosmos, Hemen founded Simeio Solutions and Vaau, both of which had very successful exits. He is now an active investor in the cyber security space invested in companies including Securonix, Saviynt, BrinQa, and Simeio, among others.

Brian White serves as Managing Director and Head of Security and Defense Technology within the technology investment banking group at Piper Sandler. Previously, White was a partner at DBO Partners (DBO). He joined DBO in 2018, where he focused on infrastructure software and completed transactions in excess of $10 billion. Recent transactions include the sale of Centrify to TPG, Lastline to VMware, Idaptive to CyberArk, ZingBox to Palo Alto Networks, Amentum to Lindsay Goldberg and American Securities, and Advent’s purchase of ForeScout.

Beyond his background leading strategic and sponsor M&A deals, White has experience both as an operator and a senior government official. As an operator, he served as the president & COO, and a member of the board of directors at RedOwl, a cybersecurity company acquired by Forcepoint in 2017. As an advisor, he was a partner of the Chertoff Group, where he led their advisory business and established the company’s West coast technology advisory and investment banking practice. White’s past clients include AT&T, A16Z, Endgame Systems, Palantir, SpaceX, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin and FireEye, and his previous deal experience includes the Arlington Capital Partners roll-up of Novetta, TripWire’s sale to Belden and Entrust’s sale to DataCard.

White also served as a senior official at the Department of Homeland Security, where he concluded his tenure as chief of staff to the deputy secretary. Other notable positions include serving as the chief of staff in the Office of Policy; and serving as the first congressionally mandated director of cargo, maritime and trade security policy. He also served as a professional staff member in both the United States Senate and United States House of Representatives.

White currently serves on the board of advisors at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He holds a master’s degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, where he was a Division 1 student athlete.
