I’m excited to announce that Forgepoint Capital International is leading Hackuity’s $19M funding round, with participation from existing investors Bright Pixel, Bpifrance, and Seventure.

Vulnerability management is a long-standing cybersecurity challenge that is intensifying as attackers weaponize AI to discover and exploit flaws faster. Hackuity helps security teams prioritize and remediate the risks that matter most.

AI is Fueling the Vulnerability Management Challenge

The number of CVEs is climbing sharply, with a 70% increase from 2023-2025 and 2026 on record-breaking pace. Powerful AI models are amplifying the problem, as demonstrated earlier this year when Claude Mythos Preview found over 10,000 high and critical severity vulnerabilities in just over a month.

Security teams use a vast array of vulnerability detection tools and scanners that generate a wave of alerts, creating an unmanageable backlog. CISOs and security leaders face their own challenges, now accountable for translating the massive volume of findings to communicate risk posture to the board.

The result is a widening gap between detection and action. Known exploited vulnerabilities sit unpatched for months or years, leaving a window of opportunity for threat actors. Attackers are leveraging that gap: vulnerability exploitation is now the most common way they break into systems.

Hackuity: An Enterprise-Scale Vulnerability Operations Center Solution

Hackuity is a best-in-class Vulnerability Operations Center (VOC) solution that helps security teams prioritize and remediate the most critical vulnerabilities. Hackuity’s platform integrates with the existing security stack to aggregate and normalize findings from over 130 tools, prioritizes CVEs that are critical to the business, and automates remediation workflows.

The key is Hackuity’s True Risk Score (TRS), a proprietary AI-powered technology that combines threat intelligence, vulnerability severity, and business context to give each vulnerability a single risk score. TRS prioritizes critical vulnerabilities and predicts which will be exploited next, empowering security teams to focus on the most important flaws and giving CISOs strategic, board-ready risk insights.

“As AI enables attackers to find and exploit vulnerabilities at machine speed, enterprises need defenses that stay one step ahead. Hackuity gives security teams exactly that: an AI-powered platform that addresses critical vulnerabilities before they impact the business. Hackuity’s seasoned team has built innovative technology that solves a massive enterprise problem. It's everything we look for as investors in cyber and AI.”

An Enterprise-Tested Platform and Proven Leadership

At Forgepoint Capital International, we look for companies with innovative technologies solving significant problems, led by founders with deep sector expertise. Hackuity stood out to us immediately. Its seasoned team has built an enterprise-grade platform with remarkable capital efficiency, proving the VOC model in demanding environments before the market caught up.

In a category crowded with tools that only surface more vulnerabilities, Hackuity has spent years creating real value for global enterprises including ENGIE and BPCE, and for MSSPs including Orange Cyberdefense. Across its customer base, the Hackuity platform reduces critical vulnerability noise to 0.01%, improves mean time to remediate by 3x, and automates up to 70% of exposure management, driving hundreds of thousands to $1M in savings per customer. Many enterprises use Hackuity’s TRS as a board-ready risk scorecard, giving security and business leaders a shared view of what threatens the organization.

Hackuity’s proven execution reflects the team behind it. The company is led by co-founders Patrick Ragaru, Pierre Samson, and Pierre Polette, serial European cybersecurity entrepreneurs and operators who have collaborated for nearly two decades. They helped build threat intelligence services firm Lexsi before it was sold to Orange Cyberdefense in 2016. In 2020, the co-founders launched Hackuity to address fragmented vulnerability data and have since built a team of 30+ security experts across offices in Lyon, Paris, and Singapore.

Today, Hackuity’s commercial traction and leadership have made it the leading European VOC platform, with a strong and growing customer base in Asia and the Middle East. The company has been recognized in Forrester’s Unified Vulnerability Management Solutions Landscape, a rare distinction in a market historically dominated by US- and Israel-based vendors.

Hackuity is Built for the Post-Mythos Era

Hackuity has quietly solved enterprise vulnerability management problems for years. Now, with AI accelerating vulnerability discovery and exploitation, the calls for more continuous and proactive VOC capabilities are growing louder. As Security Operations Centers (SOCs) make the same shift from reactive to preventative security, SOC and VOC activities are converging- a trend we know firsthand through our portfolio company Qevlar AI. Hackuity is perfectly positioned to meet the challenge.

We believe Hackuity has a significant opportunity to expand in the massive global vulnerability management market. This latest funding will accelerate the Hackuity platform’s vulnerability prioritization and remediation capabilities and will fuel the company’s expansion across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. We look forward to working with the Hackuity founders and team, along with our co-investors, as they define the next phase of enterprise vulnerability management.
