Mercy is the Head of Portfolio Operations at Forgepoint. She has over 25 years of experience in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and leading the finance, accounting, legal, and human resources functions of technology startups. Prior to Forgepoint, Mercy was the CFO of HyTrust (acq. Entrust) and TriCipher (acq. VMware).

Mercy is a CPA (inactive) and holds an MBA from Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame. When not in the office, Mercy enjoys cooking for friends, organizing family gatherings, and traveling to Italy and the Philippines.
