Jessie Huang

Jessie is the Controller at Forgepoint. She has over 15 years of experience in venture capital and private equity. Prior to Forgepoint, Jessie was the Controller at Tribe Capital where she oversaw venture capital financials and all tax deliverables. She also served as Fund Controller at American Infrastructure Funds where she oversaw tax compliance for three funds and 40 entities, among other responsibilities.

Jessie was previously a Tax Manager at Deloitte within its asset management tax practice group specializing in financial services – namely real estate and venture capital. Prior to Deloitte, she was a Senior Tax Associate at PwC focused on hedge fund and private equity clients. At both Deloitte and PwC, Jessie developed training courses for junior employees on topics such as tax and financial management for hedge funds, funds of funds, and more. She was also active in career coaching, mentoring interns, and campus recruiting, as well as new software testing and implementation.

Jessie is a CPA in the States of New York and California. She holds an MBA from CUNY Baruch College and a BS from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. When not in the office, Jessie enjoys spending time with her family.
